Sabrina Fandler
From: Charles Johnstone
Sent: Thursday, November 05, 2015 4:22 PM
To: Sabrina Fandler
Cc: Jeff Kerwin
Subject: SEPA reviews et al
Follow Up Flag: Follow up
Flag Status: Flagged
Good Afternoon,
No IPT issues with the fleet parking lot for Pioneer Cable (SEPA# 15-036).
Also No issues with PUD's battery storage project at the Everett Substation (SPU 15-04). A minor item I did notice in
their BESS equipment section (page 3 of 24).The battery container bullet notes four "strings" of four containers each.
The next bullet notes one Power Conversion System (PCS) for each string but says there's a total of five PCS units..
(should it be four?).
RE binding site plan (BSP 15-003)for Soundview Business Campus at 5900 36th Ave W., IPT has no initial concerns about
the proposed (shell) building construction.
But there may be issues to address with future tenants that may occupy the space(s);this depends on the nature of
whatever'manufacturing' business(es)go in there. So for example, if they put any floor drains in the building, certain
manufacturing uses going in could require plugging or eliminating such drains, or adding under slab piping for drainage
from any manufacturing or production that entails some kind of wet process with discharges requiring some type of
pretreatment. So we'd of course address that with future tenant applicants.
Thanks.
C
X8224
1
