PUBLIC WORKS <br /> The actual charges shall be computed by the Public Works Department per the ordinance in <br /> effect at the time and according to the information on the approved plans at the time of building <br /> permit issuance. <br /> 9. This project is subject to Transportation Mitigation in accordance with Ordinance 3389-14 <br /> (codified as EMC 18.36) and subsequent revision. Applicant is encouraged to obtain a copy of <br /> the Ordinance and determine applicable mitigation fees and/or other requirements prior to <br /> building permit application. The actual charges and requirements shall be as per the information <br /> on the approved plans at the time of building permit issuance and the ordinance in effect at that <br /> time. <br /> 10. Frontage improvements are required along the entire project frontage. <br /> 11. A stop sign is required at the driveway access point. <br /> 12. All roadways and driveways must meet current City of Everett Design and Construction <br /> Standards and Specifications for Development. <br /> 13. Provide pedestrian access to the City sidewalk and all building doorways. <br /> 14. All traffic control markings and devices on driveways within 50' of the right-of-way shall be <br /> MUTCD compliant. <br /> 15. All fire hydrants must be a minimum of 50' away from any structure, but no further than 200'. <br /> 16. The on-site water main will be staked within an easement to the City. The easement will be <br /> submitted to the City prior to issuance of permits. The easement shall be 5' on one side of the <br /> water main and 10' on the other side to allow room for future improvements. This process <br /> typically takes place during the Public Works Permit Application review process. <br /> 17. Industrial Pre-Treatment has no initial concerns about the proposed (shell) building <br /> construction. However, there may be issues to address with future tenants that may occupy the <br /> space such as floor drains/under-slab piping and the need for pre-treatment. Such issues will be <br /> addressed with future tenant applicants. <br /> 18. The City of Everett will need to thoroughly review and approve the Plans and Specifications for <br /> the proposed 8-inch Ductile Iron water main replacement in Sound Ave. This review should be <br /> done through the Public Works Permit Application process. Please ensure all details for the <br /> water main replacement are included in the Public Works Permit Application Submittal <br /> Package. <br /> 19. The City of Everett's Water Department would like to propose a trade for development. The 12- <br /> inch ductile iron main is approximately 17-feet deep. In exchange for the contractor performing <br /> the excavation and shoring to expose the main, the City will do the tap and connection free of <br /> charge. This tap should be located at the pipe crossing between the two existing 12-inch water <br />
