CITY OF EVERETT <br /> NOTICE OF ISSUANCE <br /> PLANNED ACTION DETERMINATION <br /> SEPA15-034 <br /> Notice is hereby given that the City of Everett Planning and Community Development Director designated <br /> the following project as a Planned Action pursuant to RCW 43.21C.031(2)(a) and City of Everett <br /> Ordinance No. 2213-97. A SEPA threshold determination is not required for this proposal per <br /> 43.21C.031 RCW. <br /> DESCRIPTION OF PROPOSAL: An industrial park including a five lot binding site plan, construction of <br /> office and manufacturing buildings with a combined floor area of 551,500 s.f. and approximately 1,021 <br /> parking spaces. <br /> PROPONENT: Veritas Construction <br /> 22819 Woodway Park Road <br /> Woodway,WA 98020 <br /> LOCATION: 5900 36th Ave W <br /> ZONING: M-1, Office and Industrial Park <br /> GENERAL PLAN: 5.4: Office and Industrial Park <br /> The City of Everett Planning and Community Development Director has determined that: <br /> • The project is located within the boundaries of the Southwest Everett Subarea Plan. <br /> • The zoning designation of the property upon which the project is proposed is consistent with those <br /> designations analyzed in the Southwest Everett/Paine Field Subarea Plan and EIS, December 1996. <br /> • The proposed use is consistent with the uses and intensities allowed in the City's development <br /> regulations and is listed as a use analyzed in the final EIS, Tables 3.1-1 and 3.1-2. <br /> • The project is a use that implements the Subarea Plan; and the project's significant environmental <br /> impacts have been adequately addressed in the SW Everett/Paine Field Subarea Plan EIS. <br /> • The project's significant adverse environmental impacts will be mitigated through the application of <br /> the mitigation decision document. These mitigation measures, along with other City requirements <br /> and conditions, constitute sufficient mitigation for the significant environmental impacts associated <br /> with the proposed project. <br /> • The proposed project must comply with all applicable local, state and federal regulations and <br /> development standards. <br /> • The proposed project is not an essential public facility. <br /> This is a courtesy notice to provide you with information regarding the proposal. Additional information <br /> can be reviewed at the Planning and Community Development Department office at 2930 Wetmore, Suite <br /> 8-A. There is no public comment period for this proposal. There is no administrative appeal provided for <br /> this determination.
