9. Do you know whether applications are pending for governmental approvals of other <br /> proposals directly affecting the property covered by your proposal? If yes, explain: <br /> Joint Aquatic Resources Permit Application#NWS-2014-838 and <br /> United States Army Corps of Engineers 404 Permit#NWS-2014-838 for filling of <br /> wetlands has been approved. <br /> 10. Give brief, complete description of your proposal, including the proposed uses and the size <br /> of the project and site. There are several questions later in this checklist that ask you to <br /> describe certain aspects of your proposal. You do not need to repeat those answers on this <br /> page. (Lead agencies may modify this form to include additional specific information on project <br /> description.) <br /> The project will consist of three to four partial 2-story business park buildings that will be <br /> of tilt up concrete construction along with associated grading and site improvements. <br /> The buildings range in size from 89,520 s.f. to 142,400 s.f. and have a total area of <br /> 460,895 s.f. <br /> As part of the work, 10,823 s.f. of Category II and Category III isolated wetlands will be <br /> removed. Mitigation for that removal is payment to Snohomish County for construction <br /> of wetland in are WRIA7 (Snohomish River Water Shed). <br /> 12. Location of the proposal. Give sufficient information for a person to understand the precise <br /> location of your proposed project, including a street address, if any, and section, township, and <br /> range, if known. If a proposal would occur over a range of area, provide the range or <br /> boundaries of the site(s). Provide a legal description, site plan, vicinity map, and topographic <br /> map, if reasonably available.
