PUBLIC WORKS <br />MEMORANDUM <br />TO: Jared VerHey, Navix Engineering, 360-790-2312 <br />FROM: Sabrina Fandler, Engineering/Permit Services, 425-257-7813 <br />DATE: 4-27-2017 <br />SUBJECT: Plan Review Comments for Public Works Permit Application <br />PROPOSAL: Soundview Technology Center <br />LOCATION: 5900 361h Ave W <br />PERMIT #: PW1612-024 <br />A review of this project by the Engineering/Permit Services Division indicates that the following <br />revisions shall be made and/or the following conditions must be met: <br />Please see the compiled list of comments below and the attached redlines to revise your plans <br />accordingly, prior to resubmitting to the Permit Services Counter. If you have any questions <br />regarding the comments/redlines or need anything further, please directly contact this project's <br />Public Works Reviewer, Sabrina Fandler, at 425-257-7813 or SFandler(2everettwa.gov. <br />a. Please resubmit the following items to the Permit Services Counter with your <br />resubmittal once all requested revisions have been made and Land Use has completed. <br />This project will not be eligible to submit a second round of revisions prior to Land Use <br />Completion: <br />i. Transmittal Sheet: (1) available online at https://everettwa.gov/Permits or at the <br />Permit Counter-2nd Floor, 3200 Cedar Street. <br />ii. Plans: (2) sets of revised plans plus original City Markups. <br />iii. Drainage Report: (2) copies of revised drainage report (if needed per Jane). <br />iv. Easement Form: (1) copy of easement form for water easement with legal <br />description and exhibit attached for review. For an electronic version of this <br />form, please email Sabrina at SFandler&everettwa.gov. Signing of this form <br />must be notarized and can take place at the permit counter if needed, typically <br />done at the time of permit issuance for convenience to the owner. This item only <br />needs Water easement shall be 15ft wide, 5ft on one side and loft on the other. <br />No easement for sewer. <br />v. Cost Estimate for Permit Fee Calculation Form: (1) copy of cost estimate form <br />filled out for the City to use to calculate the Public Works Permit Fee. <br />The Permit Counter is open Monday through Friday from 7:30am-12:00pm and from <br />1:00pm-4:00pm (closed between 12:00pm-1:00pm for lunch). <br />b. Please see all redlines on the attached plans for required corrections.
