Responses to the comments are provided as follows, and it is requested that any additional plan <br /> review questions be formally issued as part of the standard permit review process. <br /> 1) Scope of main floor plan drawings. <br /> Response: Please refer to submitted drawing sheet A 1 for a summary of the proposed project scope. To <br /> clarify, an additional plan sheetA4.I has been added to show the Proposed Main Level Floor Plan, with <br /> minor interior alterations clouded. <br /> 2) Scop of main floor plan drawings. <br /> Response: It is unclear where the plan reviewer has obtained the list of 11 floor plan changes, as most of <br /> the items listed are not occurring and are not part of this roof reconstruction permit application. Of the <br /> items listed, those noted as(0, (h), (i)and(k)relate to existing conditions with the existing house, and thus <br /> the plans have been updated to address the specific conditions noted. Refer to new Proposed Main Level <br /> Floor Plan sheet A4.1 for the items noted. <br /> 3) Architectural plan notes. <br /> Response: Specifications regarding typical life safety(CO/Smoke detectors), exhaust ventilation, and <br /> wall/floor/roof energy insulation as they are applicable to the submitted roof reconstruction permit <br /> applciation have been added to the plan drawings Refer to revised Architectural drawings A3,A4.1, and <br /> A5.1, as well as general project specifications listed on cover sheet A 1. <br /> 4) Drywall work. <br /> Response: Specifications regarding the installation of new interior drywall have been added to the drawings <br /> on new sheets A4.1 and A5.7.
