3. What has been altered and how it meets current code requirements. Include all un-permitted <br />alterations to the property/structure and/or any proposed construction necessary to bring the <br />property/structure into code compliance. <br />4. Plumbing, mechanical, and electrical plans are required to be included in the construction plans <br />and will require plan review. <br />Plans also need to reflect compliance with the Land Use and Zoning requirements in the Everett <br />Municipal Code.
