6.1 GROUNDS AND BUILDINGS The following sections provide a description of general conditions and features observed during the Property reconnaissance. Interior Observations Interior access was not provided to the on-Property building. The interior of two laundry rooms were observed through the windows. A floor drain was observed in each laundry room. An electric baseboard heater was observed in the upper laundry room. Tenant storage was observed in the laundry room located in the basement. Exterior Observations The Property is developed with a two-story apartment building. A floor drain was observed outside a laundry room located in the basement of the building. Eight belowground garbage cans were observed on the Property. One of the cans appeared to have an empty upside down drum stored inside of the belowground garbage can. Stormwater appears to be diverted into either the 10th Avenue right-of-way to the south or into stormwater catch basins located on the western and eastern portions of the Property. Observations made at the Property indicated that the catch basins are plumbed into the municipal storm drain. Specific conditions that may or may not constitute potential issues of environmental concern to the Property are presented in the following table.Those conditions identified are further discussed below.
