6.1 GROUNDS AND BUILDINGS <br /> The following sections provide a description of general conditions and features observed during the <br /> Property reconnaissance. <br /> Interior Observations <br /> Interior access was not provided to the on-Property building. The interior of two laundry rooms were <br /> observed through the windows. A floor drain was observed in each laundry room. An electric baseboard <br /> heater was observed in the upper laundry room. Tenant storage was observed in the laundry room <br /> located in the basement. <br /> Exterior Observations <br /> The Property is developed with a two-story apartment building. A floor drain was observed outside a <br /> laundry room located in the basement of the building. Eight belowground garbage cans were observed <br /> on the Property. One of the cans appeared to have an empty upside down drum stored inside of the <br /> belowground garbage can. Stormwater appears to be diverted into either the 10th Avenue right-of-way <br /> to the south or into stormwater catch basins located on the western and eastern portions of the <br /> Property.
