March 12, 2025 <br />2 <br /> <br />Several council members thanked the public commentors. <br /> <br />Vice President Zarlingo attended the Parks and Built Environment Committee meeting, and the <br />Snohomish County Tomorrow’s Exploratory Committee meeting. <br /> <br />Council Member Bader attended the Puget Sound Growth Management Policy Board meeting. <br /> <br />Council Member Rhyne thanked Janice Ellis for the Red Cross Proclamation, attended the Port <br />Gardner Neighborhood Association meeting. She thanked Captain Fairchild and Deputy Chief <br />Hendrickson for their assistance in the Port Gardner Collaborative Clean-Up, as well as Kelly in <br />Public Work who manages the Adopt-A-Street Program for providing supplies and trash bag pick- <br />up. She also attended the Parks and Built Environment Committee meeting. <br /> <br />Council Member Vogeli attended the Parks and Built Environment Committee meeting, the <br />Westmont Holly Neighborhood Association meeting, and the Glacier View Neighborhood <br />meeting. <br /> <br />Council Member Tuohy asked Jennifer Gregerson to review procedures on the mental health <br />crises and response at the next Health and Safety Committee meeting and attended the Cultural <br />Commission meeting. <br /> <br />President Schwab reminded that the next Budget Committee meeting is on March 19, 2025, at <br />5:30 p.m. He also attended the South Forest Park Neighborhood Association meeting. <br /> <br />ADMINISTRATION UPDATE <br /> <br />Government Affairs Director Jennifer Gregerson reminded Council that next week during the <br />regular session there will be another briefing on the Comprehensive Plan and opportunity to <br />bring Amendments. She also advised the Community Development team is hosting Connect Over <br />Coffee at the Carl Gibson Center on Wednesday, April 9, 2025 at 1:30 p.m. <br /> <br />CITY ATTORNEY <br /> <br />City Attorney David Hall had no updates. <br /> <br /> <br />CONSENT ITEMS: <br /> <br />Moved by Council Member Zarlingo, seconded by Council Member Rhyne, to approve the <br />following consent items: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION - CLAIMS
