The current proposal provides for two separate storm systems, <br /> one for private stormwater runoff and one for runoff from the public Rights of Way,which adequately <br /> addresses the concerns about mixing public and private stormwater runoff. <br /> Acknowledged. <br /> 2. The detention tank proposed for the public system is acceptable in concept with the caveat that steel pipe will <br /> not be accepted. <br /> Acknowledged. <br /> 3. Oil control measures will be required for the bus traffic areas due to the high frequency of bus traffic. <br /> Acknowledged. <br /> 4.
