<br /> Page 18 of 42 FINAL 2/21/25 Agreement No. 2025-02 <br />G-340 Preservation of Markers <br />Any legal land subdivision survey corners and witness objects are to be preserved. If <br />such are destroyed or disturbed, Purchaser shall have a licensed land surveyor re- <br />establish them in accordance with U.S. General Land Office standards. Corners and/or <br />witness objects that must be disturbed or destroyed in the process of road construction <br />or logging shall be adequately referenced and/or replaced. Such references must be <br />approved by the Contract Administrator prior to removal of said corners and/or witness <br />objects. <br />G-360 Road Use Reservation <br />The City shall have the right to use, without charge, all existing and any road constructed or <br />reconstructed on City lands by Purchaser under this Contract. The City may extend such <br />rights to others. If the City grants such rights to others, the City shall require performance or <br />payment, as directed by the City, for their proportionate share of maintenance based on their <br />use. <br />G-370 Blocking Roads <br />Purchaser shall not block the C-1000, T-1000, T-1200, D-1000, D-1300, or LL-ML roads at <br />any time unless the Contract Administrator grants authority in writing. The C-1900, SP-1000, <br />and T-1240 may be temporarily blocked for purposes of loading log trucks as long as the <br />duration of blockage does not exceed 30 minutes. <br />G-375 Locked Gates <br />All gates on the C-1000, D-1000, T-1000, and LL-ML roads shall be kept closed and <br />locked unless permission to do otherwise is granted by the Contract Administrator. <br />G-430 Open Fires <br />Purchaser shall not set or allow to be set by Purchaser's employees, agents, invitees and <br />independent contractors, any open fire at any time of the year without first obtaining <br />permission in writing from the Contract Administrator. <br />G-435 Water Quality Protection Specifications <br />All on site work associated with this Contract shall be done under the City of Everett Water <br />Quality Protection Specifications Clause S-5, dated 6/1/2011 and are hereby made part of this <br />Contract. <br />G-440 Sanitary Facilities <br />The City shall provide and maintain portable toilets at active worksites during the operation <br />of this Contract. Purchaser shall use these facilities.
