<br /> Page 30 of 42 FINAL 2/21/25 Agreement No. 2025-02 <br />Road construction and associated work contained in the Road Plan for this sale, dated <br />01/20/2025 and attached as Exhibit C, are hereby made a part of this Contract and shall be <br />completed by Purchaser. <br /> <br />C-50 Purchaser Road Maintenance and Repair <br />Purchaser shall perform work on the gravel portions of C-1000, C-1030, C-1050, C-1060, C- <br />1330, C-1900, LL-ML, D-1000, D-1300, T-1000, T-1200, T-1240, and SP-1000 roads to <br />prevent damage to subgrade, to maintain proper drainage and to keep the road surface smooth <br />and crowned. All gravel roads used shall meet the original construction or reconstruction <br />specifications at Contract termination. All other gravel roads used shall be left in the <br />condition that exists at the time the plan of operations is completed. <br />C-80 Landing Locations and Clean-up <br />Landings shall be located and marked by the Purchaser and approved by the Contract <br />Administrator prior to construction. Upon completion of use, landing debris shall be piled as <br />designated by the Contract Administrator. <br />C-90 Water Bars <br />Purchaser shall, as directed by the Contract Administrator, construct water bars across haul <br />roads, skid trails and fire trails as necessary to control soil erosion and water pollution. <br /> <br />SECTION S: SITE PREPARATION AND PROTECTION <br />S-1 Emergency Response Plan <br />An Emergency Response Plan (ERP) shall be provided to the Contract Administrator <br />containing but not limited to, valid contact numbers and procedures for medical <br />emergencies, fire, hazardous spills, forest practice violations and any unauthorized or <br />unlawful activity on or in the vicinity of the sale area. The Contract Administrator and <br />the City shall be promptly notified whenever an incident occurs requiring an <br />emergency response. <br /> <br />The ERP must be presented for inspection at the prework meeting and kept readily <br />available to all personnel, including subcontractors, on site during active operations <br /> <br />S-5 Operations in Watershed <br /> <br />Purchaser shall adhere to all “City of Everett Water Quality Protection Specifications” <br />dated 6/1/2011, when operating inside the Chaplain Watershed in Units 1-7. See <br />below. <br /> <br />
