Broadways Avenue and Colby Avenue, which both run north -south through Everett are the main arterials serving the Providence Campus and the site. Broadway connects the Everett Central Business District (CBD) to the south to Marysville and Interstate 5 (I-5) to the north. b. The nearest transit stops to the site are provided along Colby Avenue at 13th Street and along Broadway at 12th and 13th Streets. Presently, Everett Transit and Community Transit provide daily bus service along the arterial roadways in the site vicinity. Everett Transit Routes 4, 5, 7, and 29 serve the Providence Campus with stops on Colby Avenue at 13th Street and on Broadway at 12th and 13th Streets. Community Transit Routes 201 and 202 also serve the Campus with stops along Broadway at 12th and 13th Streets. c. How many additional parking spaces would the completed project or non - project proposal have? How many would the project or proposal eliminate? The proposed project would provide 148 parking spaces associated with the medical clinic and 353 parking spaces with the reconfigured parking lot. The reconfigured parking lot would continue to serve the existing Providence Campus uses. No parking would be eliminated as a result of the project. d. Will the proposal require any new or improvements to existing roads, streets, pedestrian, bicycle or state transportation facilities, not including driveways? If so, generally describe (indicate whether public or private). No off -site new or improved transportation facilities would be required as part of the proposed project. The proposal includes on -site improvements to provide pedestrian linkages and off -site connections. e. Will the project or proposal use (or occur in the immediate vicinity of) water, rail, or air transportation? If so, generally describe. The property is not located in the immediate vicinity of water, rail or air transportation. The proposal would not have a use for these alternate forms of transportation. f. How many vehicular trips per day would be generated by the completed project or proposal?
