Sabrina Fandler
From: Charles Johnstone
Sent: Wednesday, March 09, 2016 3:00 PM
To: Sabrina Fandler
Cc: Jeff Kerwin
Subject: Pre App # 16-006 - Medical Office Builidng and parking for Providence at 1815 13th St
Follow Up Flag: Follow up
Flag Status: Flagged
Hi Sabrina,
I understand this project is in early stages of review and few details RE plans have so far been submitted. Looks like the
development process for the project may draw out for some time.
At any rate, given more detailed plans in the future, we can clarify what requirements may apply to the project from
IPT's code(s). Most likely this would relate to standard source control measures for medical facilities or potential pH
attenuation for drainage from lab fixtures. Requirements may apply for certain support functions or facilities if in the
project, such as kitchen operations. Of course, someone above my pay grade may exempt an applicant from some code
requirements using their own judgment/authority, as Paul did with the WSU project.
Thanks and we'll stay tuned for future plan submittals.
Charles
X8224
1
