These projects would be subject to the development standards approved as part of the Master Plan <br />approved under Ordinance No. 3090-08. The City of Everett 2007 Comprehensive Plan Update Draft <br />Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement (SEIS) identified the following impacts of the proposed <br />Master Plan for the ECC Property and Utility Building: (a) light and shade; (b) visual; (c) increases in <br />vehicle traffic and parking; (d) noise; and (e) air quality. This SEPA checklist is to supplement that <br />analysis and provide additional project specific information on other areas of the environment. In the <br />future, the site may include additional development as permitted by the Master Plan. <br />8.
