The new temporary surface parking project proposed to the west is, in part, a relocation of existing spaces in the central portion of the site displaced by the new medical/office building. It will include about 30 additional spaces. Current estimates are that up to 125 surface parking spaces would be lost with a new building; and will be replaced by 155 spaces under this current proposal. As indicated, additional parking will be provided below and to the west of the new building; the exact number is under study. A Binding Site Plan will also be required to segregate out the new medical clinic building. 12. Location of the proposal. The parcel is also known as Snohomish County tax parcel number 29051700211300.
