The new temporary surface parking project proposed to the west is, in part, a relocation of existing spaces <br />in the central portion of the site displaced by the new medical/office building. It will include about 30 <br />additional spaces. Current estimates are that up to 125 surface parking spaces would be lost with a new <br />building; and will be replaced by 155 spaces under this current proposal. As indicated, additional parking <br />will be provided below and to the west of the new building; the exact number is under study. <br />A Binding Site Plan will also be required to segregate out the new medical clinic building. <br />12. Location of the proposal. Give sufficient information for a person to understand the precise location <br />of your proposed project, including a street address, if any, and section, township, and range, if <br />known. If a proposal would occur over a range of area, provide the range or boundaries of the <br />site(s). Provide a legal description, site plan, vicinity map, and topographic map, if reasonably <br />available. While you should submit any plans required by the agency, you are not required to <br />duplicate maps or detailed plans submitted with any permit applications related to this checklist. <br />The property is located at 1815 - 13t' Street, Everett, Washington, and is located in the southwest quarter of <br />the southwest quarter of the northwest quarter of Section 17, Township 29 North, Range 05 East, W.M. <br />The parcel is also known as Snohomish County tax parcel number 29051700211300.
