These elements are being constructed by Bayley Construction. Mayes Terracon <br />representative arrived on site at 0520 and departed at 0815. <br />The construction documents referenced for this inspection include the on -site approved plans and SSK. <br />Reinforcing Steel <br />Inspected the reinforcing steel today, prior to concrete placement. <br />Concrete Placement <br />Observed concrete placement as follows: <br />Element Location Yardage Supplier Mix ID Mix Description <br />Continuous footing Gridlines D/1-2, 1/A-D 30 Smokey Point 0340A Normal Weight, 4000-psi, <br />with thickened edge air -entrained concrete <br />and column pads <br />Placement Method: chute. Consolidation Method: mechanical vibrator.
