Cultural reviews were conducted when the <br /> site was included as part of the College Overlay District. No cultural site features were <br /> discovered during this process. <br /> d. If not, what is the approximate distance to the nearest transit stop? There Is a <br /> major transit stop at Everett Community College -stop is about%mile from the project site. <br /> c. How many additional parking spaces would the completed project or non-project proposal <br /> have? How many would the project or proposal eliminate? No existing parking spaces added; <br /> no new parking spaces added;the paint booth is being used to serve existing College students; <br /> there is no increase in trips to the site associated with this project. <br /> d. Will the proposal require any new or improvements to existing roads, streets, pedestrian, <br /> bicycle or state transportation facilities, not including driveways?
