As discussed at the meeting the <br /> Planning Department completed its review of the SEPA application for the proposed storage building on <br /> Everett Avenue. We are requesting the following information as part of the City's completeness <br /> determination for the application. <br /> Landscape Modification Application—The plans do not show any landscaping along the north, east and <br /> west property lines. Landscape Category`B' applies within the C-1 zone. Landscape Category B requires <br /> a landscape width along interior lot lines of five feet, or distance between the building and lot line. <br /> Elements that can be considered in the landscape modification application include: <br /> • Alternative landscape design that provides equal or better treatment than strict application of <br /> the standards; <br /> • Additional landscape treatment along the property's Everett Avenue frontage.
