EXECUTIVE SUMMARY <br /> This site will construct a 18,500 sf Mini Storage site at the northwest corner of Mcdougll <br /> Ave and Everett Ave within the City of Everett. <br /> This site is located within the Combined/Sanitary system of the City of Everett. See the <br /> Attached Interim Policy of Stormwater Control in the Combined Sewer Area. This site <br /> will reduce approximately 0.14 ac of existing impervious surface and is subject to <br /> Minimum Requirements 1 through 5 per Figure 2.1 Volume I—Minimum Technical <br /> Requirements of the City of Everett Stormwater Management Manual. <br /> The existing drainage pattern will remain the same. <br /> TESC (temporary erosion sedimentation control)measures consist of replanting of <br /> ground cover and silt fencing where necessary. <br /> Wetland areas have not been found on site. <br /> There are no deviations, modifications,or waivers for the property development. <br />
