This structure is a single-story building with two bays,and an interior contains offices. To the <br /> south of the service intake building there is a single-story,four-bay structure used for detailing used cars. <br /> d. Will any structures be demolished? If so,what? <br /> Yes. The south half of the service intake and commercial sales building located on the central portion of <br /> the Subject Property will be demolished. The south half of the building includes the commercial sales <br /> offices, a break room,restrooms, and a file storage room. <br /> e. What is the current zoning classification of the site? <br /> E-1 Evergreen Way Zone(City of Everett zoning map);559-Other Retail Trade-Auto, Marine,Aircraft NEC <br /> (Snohomish County Assessors Records) <br /> f. What is the current comprehensive plan designation of the site? <br /> The site will remain E-1 for commercial use. <br /> g. If applicable,what is the current shoreline master program designation of the site? <br /> Not applicable. <br /> h. Has any part of the site been classified as a critical area by the city or county? If so,specify. <br /> No. The site has not been classified as a critical area. <br /> i. Approximately how many people would reside or work in the completed project? <br /> The Project Site is an operational automobile dealership and will maintain operations during onsite <br /> activities. The people working in the building proposed for demolition will be permenanntly relocated to <br /> the showroom building on site for commercial sales. Employee numbers at the facility will not change due <br /> to the proposed project. <br /> j. Approximately how many people would the completed project displace? <br /> No one will be displaced due to the project. Other buildings and offices onsite will satisfy the demolished <br /> offices. <br /> k.
