East-adjacent to the Subject Property is Evergreen Way, beyond which is <br /> a bank, a pawn shop, a grocery store, a tire store,and a retial business park.South of the Subject <br /> Property is occupied by single-family residnces and an auto-body shop. West-adjacent to the Subject <br /> property is Fleming Street,beyond which are single-family residences. The project will not affect any <br /> current land uses on or adjacent to the Subject Property. <br /> b. Has the project site been used as working farmlands or working forest lands?If so,describe.
