Based on the Washington Information System for Architectural&Archaeological Records Data <br /> (WISAARD), the Property is not located on or near a site that is eligible for listing in national, state,or <br /> local preservation registers. No previous determinations have been made for the Property. <br /> b. Are there any landmarks, features,or other evidence of Indian or historic use or occupation?This <br /> may include human burials or old cemeteries.Are there any material evidence,artifacts,or areas of <br /> cultural importance on or near the site? Please list any professional studies conducted at the site to <br /> identify such resources. <br /> No, there are not any landmarks,features, or other evidence of Indian or historic use or occupation on <br /> the Property. Please see attached"EZ-1_Form 3." <br /> c. Describe the methods used to assess the potential impacts to cultural and historic resources on or <br /> near the project site. Examples include consultation with tribes and the department of archeology <br /> and historic preservation,archaeological surveys, historic maps,GIS data,etc. <br /> This is not applicable because the proposed project does not have any impacts to cultural and historic <br /> resources on or near the Property. <br /> d. Proposed measures to avoid, minimize,or compensate for loss,changes to, and disturbance to <br /> resources. Show on site plans,if any. <br /> Evergreen Way, otherwise known as Highway 99, is directly east of the Property and will serve as the <br /> main access for the proposed project.Access to Evergreen Way will likely be from Interstate 5(1-5)and <br /> Highway 526. The proposed project does not add extensive traffic at any time of the day.52nd Street SE is <br /> directly north of the Property, but will not serve as main access to the proposed project at any time <br /> during the day. <br /> b. Is the site or affected geographic area currently served by public transit? If so,generally describe. If <br /> not,what is the approximate distance to the nearest transit stop? <br /> Yes, the Property is served by public transit. The transit line is directly on Evergreen Way. <br /> c.
