The area of excavation covers two parking spaces on the Epic Ford Property. The completed project will replace the parking spots. The parking spaces eliminated from the proposed project are for singular cars, the property has many parking spaces available and this will not displace any vehicles to park off site. d. Contaminated soils may potentially be transported by rail to the waste handling facitlity, but the soils are planned for thermal remediation and subsequent reuse for other purposes outside of this project scope by CEMEX. f.
