PUBLIC WORKS <br /> Ev Err <br /> MEMORANDUM <br /> TO: Kelsy Heyd, Planning Department <br /> FROM: Engineering/Public Services Department <br /> DATE: June 29, 2017 <br /> SUBJECT: SEPA Checklist Review No.SEPA17-010 <br /> PROPOSAL: Partial demolition of existing building for soil and ground remediation <br /> LOCATION: 5200 Everegreen way <br /> A review of this project by the Engineering/Public Services Department indicates that the following <br /> conditions should apply: <br /> 1. A Public Works Permit is required for this project. Detailed drawings in accordance with City <br /> Design and Construction Standards shall be submitted to the Public Works Department, <br /> showing site parking layout, landscaping, utilities, storm drainage, temporary construction <br /> erosion control, and all required improvements in the public right-of-way. Public Works <br /> Department approval of these drawings is required prior to any permits being issued. All <br /> improvements shall be completed, approved and warranted before the Occupancy Permit is <br /> issued/final approval is granted. <br /> 2. Parking must be per City Zoning Code and City Design and Construction Standards for <br /> Development. <br /> 3. This project must comply with the current City of Everett Building Code and Sprinkler <br /> Ordinance. <br /> 4. Stormwater shall be managed in accordance with the City's Storm water Management <br /> Manual". <br /> 5. Approval of construction plans will require demonstration that all pertinent standards and <br /> regulations are met. <br /> 6. A fire hydrant is required within 200 driving feet but not closer than 50 feet of every structure. <br /> 7. A fire hydrant is required within 350 driving feet of every structure. The hydrant(s) must meet <br /> City specifications. <br /> 8. City streets and alleys are to be kept clear of dirt and debris at all times during construction. <br /> Dust suppression and street cleaning must occur as directed by the Public Works Inspector. <br /> 9. Lack of comment on the plans submitted with the application does not constitute approval of <br /> these plans. <br />
