Signs.All signs on site shall be maintained in a safe, neat, clean and attractive condition in <br /> accordance with EMC 19.36.060.The existing freestanding signs do not meet the requirements <br /> of EMC 19.316.090 and are considered nonconforming. Removal of nonconforming signs is <br /> subject to the requirements of EMC 19.36.200. <br /> 2. Landscaping. Parking to the south of the building was added without permits. In accordance <br /> with EMC 19.35.080.B, twenty square feet of landscaping shall be planted for each new parking <br /> stall. Plantings must consist of a mix of trees, shrubs, and ground cover and meet the minimum <br /> requirements of EMC 19.35.080.C. <br /> 3.
