POST MITIGATION FUNCTIONS AND VALUES
Although unauthorized impacts within the stream buffer occurred, no net loss of ecological
functions and no significant adverse environmental impacts are expected to occur. The buffer
that was impacted appears to have contained a high percentage of invasive Himalayan blackberry
and reed canarygrass and, as a result provided a relatively low level of functions and values. The
proposed buffer restoration and buffer enhancement will increase vegetative species diversity
and vegetative structure. This will increase wildlife habitat as well as water quality and
stormwater storage functions, and is expected to at a minimum, maintain the overall level of
functions and values provided by the subject site.
TERMS&CONDITIONS
The environmental consulting work conducted, including this Buffer Mitigation Plan (the
"Services") is supplied to Nicole Chelemedos (the "Client") as a means of mitigating for impacts
to on-site critical areas regulated by the City of Everett.
