In particular,the proposed regional infiltration facility shall be analyzed and designed in full accordance with <br /> Chapter 3.3 of Volume III of the 2012 Stormwater Management Manual for Western Washington, as amended in <br /> December 2014,which has been adopted as the City of Everett's Stormwater Management Manual. The City may retain <br /> consultants at the applicant's expense to assist the review of the analysis and design of the regional infiltration facility <br /> and/or conduct site evaluations which are outside the range of staff expertise. <br /> Thank you, <br /> Jane <br /> 1 <br />
