Use this application for project proposals located within the boundaries of the Downtown Subarea Plan (Attachment A to Ord. #3128-09)or the Southwest Everett Subarea Plan (Attachment A to Ord. #2213-97). 1) 0 Fees See Fee Schedule for "SEPA review — Planned Action" fees. Also, a fee will be required for each Special Study (i.e. wetland, geotech, traffic, etc). All fees are non-refundable and payable by check, credit card or cash upon application. 2) ❑ Pre-Application A Pre-application Meeting is required prior to this application unless waived by Meeting the Planning Department. 3) ❑ Land Use The Land Use Application must be filled out completely and signed.Submit one. Application 4) ❑ General Project Complete the General Project Information Form that correlates with the Information Form subarea of your project's location. Submit one. 5) ❑ Site Plan Must be drawn in accordance with the General Site Plan Checklist. May require and/or Survey survey to verify setbacks and/or height. Provide 20 copies and one reduced copy no larger than 11" x 17". Copies must be legible and drawn to scale. 6) ❑ Environmental Must be filled out completely and accurately. Submit one signed copy.
