SEPA ENVIRONMENTAL CHECKLIST FOR <br /> Project Name AGENCY <br /> CEMEX- Mountain View Business Centre Div 9 USE <br /> X other vegetation: Oregon grape, salmonberry, native ferns <br /> b. What kind and amount of vegetation will be removed or altered? <br /> The site is currently under reclamation by Cemex. Minimal vegetation <br /> shall remain on the site at the time of construction by Underwood <br /> Gartland. <br /> c. List threatened or endangered species known to be on or near the site. <br /> No threatened or endangered plant species are known to exist on or in <br /> the vicinity of the site. <br /> d. Proposed landscaping, use of native plants, or other measures to preserve or <br /> enhance vegetation on the site, if any: <br /> The development will be landscaped in accordance with the <br /> requirements of the City of Everett and the September 2, 2005 Amended <br /> and Restated Development Agreement. <br /> 5. Animals <br /> a. Identify (underline) any birds and animals which have been observed on or near <br /> the site or are known to be on or near the site: <br /> birds: hawk, heron, eagle, songbirds, birds of prey anticipated <br /> mammals: deer, bear, elk, beaver, small mammals anticipated <br /> fish: bass, salmon, trout, herring, shellfish <br /> b. List any threatened or endangered species known to be on or near the site. <br /> No threatened or endangered animal species are known to exist on or in <br /> the vicinity of the site. <br /> c. Is the site part of a migration route? If so, explain. <br /> The area is part of the Puget Sound Flyway. <br /> d. Proposed measures to preserve or enhance wildlife, if any: <br /> None. <br /> 6. Energy and Natural Resources <br /> a. What kinds of energy (electric, natural gas, oil, wood stove, solar)will be used to <br /> meet the completed project's energy needs? Describe whether it will be used <br /> for heating, manufacturing, etc. <br /> The facility will require electricity and natural gas for lighting and <br /> heating. <br /> b.
