PUBLIC WORKS <br /> El/ Err <br /> MEMORANDUM <br /> I (): John Jimmerson, Planning Department <br /> FROM: Engineering/Public Services Department <br /> DATE: October 23, 2017 <br /> SUBJECT: SEPA Checklist Review No. SEPA17-017 <br /> PROPOSAL: Remove sediment from boat launch <br /> LOCATION: 1870 Ross Ave <br /> A review of this project by the Engineering/Public Services Department indicates that the following <br /> conditions should apply: <br /> 1. The project must comply with all applicable state and federal requirements for work within the <br /> Snohomish River. <br /> 2. Temporary storage and dewatering of removed sediment must be conducted in accordance with <br /> applicable standards including Section 2 of the City's Design and Construction Standards and <br /> Specifications for Development. Appropriate BMPs will be required to ensure that sediment and <br /> other pollutants do not enter surface waters as part of the temporary storage. <br /> 3. Permanent disposal of the dredged material should be disposed of in a manner compliant with <br /> applicable sediment control and permanent stormwater standards. current City of Everett <br /> Building Code and Sprinkler Ordinance. <br /> 4. City streets and alleys are to be kept clear of dirt and debris at all times during construction. <br /> Dust suppression and street cleaning must occur as directed by the Public Works Inspector. <br /> 5. Lack of comment on the plans submitted with the application does not constitute approval of <br /> these plans. <br />
