Inspections are required for all stages of construction.Visit the City's Online Permitting Portal at pw.everettwa.gov to formally <br /> request all required inspections. Flyers are provided at permit issuance with instructions on how to request an inspection online. <br /> 7.A Landscape Inspection is required by the Planning Department prior to final by the Public Works Inspector.Schedule the existing <br /> Planning Landscape inspection under"My Active Inspections" in your dashboard on the Online Permitting Portal. <br /> 8. The required restoration and enhancement plantings shall be maintained and monitored for a period of two years pursuant to the <br /> Maintenance and Monitoring outlined in the Study.
