The following Special Inspection Report includes a <br />summary of our site visit. <br />Construction Documents: <br />❑ Construction Set dated 05/12/2023 <br />Progress of construction: <br />❑ Date of inspection:12/29/2023 <br />❑ Foundation completed <br />❑ Framing completed except for gable end sheathing. <br />Items observed: <br />1 st Floor Walls: <br />❑ Sides: P1-6—No Inspection Required <br />❑ Rear: General3" o.c. nailing okay, however, the left side of the backpatio doorpanel edge nailing <br />is at ¢5" O.C. and should be at3" O.C.
