' SOUNDVIEW TECHNOLOGY CENTER EVERETT, WA <br />PROJECT OVERVIEW <br />PROPOSED IMPROVEMENTS <br />The proposed development will consist of 4, 2-story buildings totaling approximately 461,800± SF with <br />approximately 686 parking stalls, stormwater management facilities, utilities and on -site landscaping on a <br />39.4-acre site at 5900 361" Avenue W in Everett, Washington. The property is zoned M-1 (Industrial) <br />1 DESIGN CRITERIA <br />The City of Everett utilizes the 2014 Stormwater Management Manual for Western Washington (2012 <br />manual amended in 2014) drainage requirements. Stormwater discharges shall match developed <br />discharge durations to predeveloped durations for the range of predeveloped discharge rates from 50 <br />percent of the 2-year recurrence interval peak flow up to the full 50-year peak flow.
