<br />Bid Item 19 - PLC CONTROL CABINET INSTALL AND TERMINATIONS
<br />Measurement and Payment: Lump Sum (LS)
<br />The lump sum bid item for the PLC CONTROL CABINET, LS shall be full compensation for
<br />all labor, material, incidentals, tools, and equipment necessary to satisfactorily complete the
<br />work as defined in the Standard Specifications, Standard Drawings, these specifications, and
<br />as shown on the Contract Plans.
<br />The work shall include, but is not limited to, the following: Installation of Owner Furnished
<br />PLC Control Cabinet, conduits, wiring, cabling, terminations, testing, supports, anchorage,
<br />switches, disconnects, grounding, and other miscellaneous and appurtenant work required
<br />to complete this item of work.
<br />Measurement and payment for PLC Control Cabinet Etc. will be on a lump sum basis,
<br />complete.
<br />Bid Item 20 - ELECTRICAL MISCELLANEOUS
<br />Measurement and Payment: Lump Sum (LS)
<br />The lump sum bid item for the ELECTRICAL MISCELLANEOUS shall be full compensation
<br />for all labor, material, incidentals, tools, and equipment necessary to satisfactorily complete
<br />the work as defined in the Standard Specifications, Standard Drawings, these specifications,
<br />and as shown on the Contract Plans
<br />The work shall include, but is not limited to, the following: PUD meter can, service disconnect,
<br />panelboard, 120/240 mini power zone, site power, lighting, house power, LED house lights,
<br />conduits, wiring, cabling, terminations, testing, supports, anchorage, switches, disconnects,
<br />grounding, overcurrent protection devices, testing, and other miscellaneous and appurtenant
<br />work required to complete this item of work.
<br />Measurement and payment for Electrical Miscellaneous – electrical rack and shelter, site
<br />power etc. will be on a lump sum basis, complete.
<br />Bid Item 21 - STANDBY GENERATOR, TRANSFER SWITCH, LOAD BANK, DOCKING
<br />STATION ETC
<br />Measurement and Payment: Lump Sum
<br />The lump sum bid item for the STANDBY GENERATOR shall be full compensation for all
<br />labor, material, incidentals, tools, and equipment necessary to satisfactorily complete the
<br />work as defined in the Standard Specifications, Standard Drawings, these specifications, and
<br />as shown on the Contract Plans.
<br />The work shall include, but is not limited to, the following: Installation of Owner Furnished
<br />generator with integral fuel tank, Owner Furnished automatic transfer switch, Owner
<br />Furnished load bank docking station, conduits, wiring and cabling, terminations, testing,
<br />supports, anchorage, switches, disconnects, grounding, overcurrent protection devices,
<br />metering, panelboards, and other miscellaneous and appurtenant work required to complete
<br />this item of work.
