<br />Measurement and payment for the PLUMBING WATER SERVICE "HOTBOX" grade shall be
<br />as EA item, complete.
<br />Bid Item 40 - MISC LIFT STATION PIPING - WETWELL VAULT, WYE-VAULT, BAR
<br />SCREEN VAULT CONNECTIONS
<br />Measurement and Payment: Lump Sum (LS)
<br />The lump sum bid item for the MISCELLANEOUS PIPING - METER VAULT, BAR SCREEN
<br />VAULT CONNECTIONS shall be full compensation for all labor, material, incidentals, tools,
<br />and equipment necessary to satisfactorily complete the work as defined in the Standard
<br />Specifications, Standard Drawings, these Specifications, and as shown on the Contract
<br />Plans.
<br />The installation of the MISCELLANEOUS PIPING – WETWELL VAULT, WYE VAULT, BAR
<br />SCREEN VAULT CONNECTIONS shall include, but is not limited to, the following: trenching,
<br />excavation, hauling, forming, foundation, fabrication, erection, concrete, structural steel
<br />supports, piping between “wye” vault and wet well, piping between barscreen vault and
<br />wetwell; and other miscellaneous piping and appurtenant work at the lift station site.
<br />Measurement and payment for the MISCELLANEOUS PIPING – WETWELL VAULT, WYE
<br />VAULT, BAR SCREEN VAULT CONNECTIONS shall be as a lump-sum item, complete.
<br />Bid Item 41 - LANDSCAPING AND RESTORATION INCLUDING IRRIGATION,
<br />ROCKERIES AND RETAINING STRUCTURES
<br />Measurement and Payment: Unit Price per Lump Sum (LS)
<br />Measurement for providing LANDSCAPING AND RESTORATION INCLUDING
<br />IRRIGATION, ROCKERIES AND RETAINING STRUCTURES will be lump sum.
<br />Payment for Landscape Restoration, Lump Sum, will be limited to dimensions and work limits
<br />defined on drawings or as otherwise approved by the Engineer.
<br />Restoration of existing special private improvements including, but not limited to, brick or
<br />stone walkways, decorative concrete walks or driveways, concrete masonry or stone walls,
<br />rockery’s, fences, landscape plantings, including but not limited to, hedges, trees,
<br />flowerbeds, irrigation systems, yard lighting, rockeries, retaining walls, or steps
<br />Measurement and payment for the LANDSCAPING AND RESTORATION INCLUDING
<br />IRRIGATION, ROCKERIES AND RETAINING STRUCTURES shall be as a lump-sum item,
<br />complete.
