There are many typos in this drawing set. "CLAC"should be "CALC", "EVAE" should be <br /> "EAVE", "grabbar"should be "grab bar", and etc.. Please go over the set again and correct <br /> those typos. <br /> Architectural (Reviewer: Yin Lu) <br /> 2. Sheet A0.1: <br /> a. The project should specify the applicable building codes, including but not limited to <br /> the 2018 IRC, 2018 WSEC, and the 2018 IBC. IRC Section R106.1.1 and EMC <br /> Section 16.005.030. Please list them on the coversheet. <br /> b. Structural sheet index is wrong. Please make correction accordingly. <br /> c. Please provide abbreviation chart for reference. There are many use of abbreviation <br /> which could cause confusion during construction. Or spell out abbreviation. <br /> 3. Sheet A1.0: <br /> a. There are typos in "VENT CLAC"section, should be"VENT CALC"and "EAVES". <br /> b. Please show easement in the site plan or indicated that there is no easement. <br /> 4. Sheet A2.2 <br /> a. In "NOTE"section, "all grabbars should be installed on H. blocking w/ capable of <br /> risiting a 2501b load R301.5", please correct all typos. And code chapter is R330.8. <br /> b. "FDN VENT CLAC"section, please correct the typo. And the required sf of venting <br /> "613.8/150 = 4.092sf, which should be round up to 4.1sf. (If the number is 4.04sf, <br /> then it should round down to 4sf.) Please revise drawing and calculation accordingly. <br /> c. "FDN VENT CLAC"section, please indicate that the joist of the vapor retarder <br /> overlaps at least 6"and area sealed and taped. And the edge of the vapor retarder <br /> extends at least 6" up the foundation walls and are sealed and attached to the wall. <br /> Or show these requirements in foundation detail drawing. <br /> d. "FLOOR PLAN NOTE" section, item no.6 indicated that all interior door hardware to <br /> be lever type, however, in new bedroom E, there is a pocket door to the bathroom, <br /> please clarify the hardware. IRC330.4 <br /> e. Please indicate the window sill height for each of the egress window. A general note <br /> in "FLOOR PLAN NOTE" is not adequate. Or you may want to copy the whole IRC <br /> 310.2.2. <br /> f. In new proposed floor plan, please show the whole house ventilation fan. IRC <br /> M1505.4 <br /> g. In the new proposed floor plan, please show ceiling height for all new room. <br /> h. Please include elevations at the ramp landing and stair in the new proposed floor <br /> plan.
