Traffic Impact Fee Calculation <br />The City of Everett assess traffic mitigation fees at a rate of $4,993 per new PM peak -hour trip, based <br />on the rate in effect at the time of this memorandum. The Development is anticipated to generate 17 <br />new PM peak -hour trips for the 2,319 SF site. The trip generation results in a traffic impact fee of <br />$84,881.00, equivalent to $36.60 per square -foot. <br />
