CFT currently owns the property located at 8417 Evergreen Way, and we've recently finalized a lease agreement with a <br />Ma and Pa donut concept. <br />Our tenant has brought to our attention that the city is mandating a traffic mitigation fee, which amounts to $181,000. <br />We would greatly appreciate it if you could provide us with a detailed breakdown of this fee calculation and if there is <br />something we can do to reduce that fee. The cost appears to be quite substantial and has the potential to impact this <br />deal.
