Those funds were re-appropriated to the 2007 budget in the <br /> Non-Departmental General Fund 009. <br /> This amendment transfers that portion of the contingency that was committed for expenditure <br /> between August and October. Additional funds for equipment, vehicles, and the camera program <br /> will be transferred to the Police Department in the reappropriation of 2007 unspent <br /> commitments to the 2008 budget.
