This fee is determiried by the local building department. This <br /> fee is not included in this construction agreement contract price and will be billed at cost plus 20% <br /> after building department submittal. <br /> • Additional engineering consultant fees (beyond the fees covered in the Agreement for Engineering, <br /> January 3�d,2018) if required by the Building Department will be detailed and billed separately. <br /> Owner will be notified of costs before engineering work begins. <br /> The plans and specifications described in this construction agreement are intended for construction by <br /> Chermak Construction, Inc. The construction documents are intended for use only by employees and , <br /> subcontractors of Chermak Construction, Inc. Chermak Construction, Inc. will not assume any liability or <br /> responsibility for construction by any other company using these plans and/or specifications.
