SCOPE OF WORK To provide all labor, materials and equipment to complete the Work as detailed below at: 1820 100 PI SE, Everett, WA 98208 PERMIT SUBMITTAL • Develop a permit package for submittal to the prevailing building department(City of Everett). • Chermak Construction, Inc. will submit permit specifications to building department for approval. Owner will pay building permit fees. This fee is determiried by the local building department. This fee is not included in this construction agreement contract price and will be billed at cost plus 20% after building department submittal. • Additional engineering consultant fees (beyond the fees covered in the Agreement for Engineering, January 3�d,2018) if required by the Building Department will be detailed and billed separately. Owner will be notified of costs before engineering work begins. The plans and specifications described in this construction agreement are intended for construction by Chermak Construction, Inc. The construction documents are intended for use only by employees and , subcontractors of Chermak Construction, Inc. Chermak Construction, Inc. will not assume any liability or responsibility for construction by any other company using these plans and/or specifications.
