MECHANICAL SPECIFICATIONS <br />MECHANICAL WORK, GENERAL <br />A GENERAL REQUIREMENTS <br />1. EXISTING PIPING, VALVES, AND DUCTWORK, WHERE INDICATED ON THE DRAWINGS, MAY BE <br />REUSED IN THEIR ORIGINAL LOCATION. DO NOT REUSE EXISTING PIPING, VALVES, OR DUCTWORK ONCE THEY ARE <br />REMOVED, UNLESS WRITTEN PERMISSION IS OBTAINED FROM OWNER. OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE MANUALS: PROVIDE (3) FINISHED COPIES OF MECHANICAL OPERATION AND <br />MAINTENANCE MANUALS, FOR WORK UNDER THIS PROJECT. ARRANGE INFORMATION CONTAINED IN THE MANUALS IN AN <br />ORDERLY ARRANGEMENT (BY SPECIFICATION SECTION), SEPARATED BY TABS.
