As we discussed and as Tim Platt confirmed that the use of the floor has not changed. There will <br />be no tenant improvement construction or square footage added. <br />I reviewed Chapters 3 and 5 of the 2018 for existing compliance and confirmed the following: <br />1) Per Section 308.3 the 51h Floor was previously an 1-2 Condition 1 use and it remains as an 1-2 <br />Condition 1 use. <br />2) The existing building is 7 stories above grade. Table 504.3 allows for unlimited height based on <br />Type IA Construction. In compliance. <br />3) The 5" Floor has always been a Type IA (Fully Sprinkled) Construction Type. The Floor Area of <br />the 5" Floor is 21,365 SF. Table 506.2 allows for unlimited area based on Type IA Construction. <br />In compliance. <br />Hope this is what you need verified.
