Similarly, the developed storm runoff from the entire site will flow toward <br />onsite dispersion system and sheet flow to the southeast as in existing condition. <br />Review of all available information: Conducted site review and reviewed available <br />information from the City of Everett and Snohomish County mapping system and <br />found no critical areas, erosion or landslide hazard areas within quarter mile of the <br />project site. Also, there are no streams, wetland, or flood areas. Also, there are no <br />water quality issues that have been identified. <br />The soil hydrologic types for this site have been identified as Type C from the <br />Snohomish County Soil Survey Map, and Soil Resource Report. This soil, <br />Alderwood Urban Complex is mostly gravelly sandy loam with limiting layer to <br />transmit water and very low capability for infiltration. <br />8. Description of adjacent areas which may be affected by site disturbance (i.e. streams, <br />lakes, wetlands, residential areas, roads): <br />All work should be limited to the site area and should not affect any adjacent areas <br />except the frontage improvements. <br />9. Description of critical areas that are on or adjacent to the site: <br />There are no critical areas within 300 feet of the project site. <br />10. Describe the intended sequence and timing of construction activities and any proposed <br />construction phasing. <br />Arrange and attend pre -construction meeting with the City of Everett site <br />development inspector. Certified erosion control specialist shall be identified at the <br />pre -construction meeting. <br />Flag property lines and clearing limits. <br />Install erosion control measures and devices per approved plans. <br />Install silt fences or hay bales controls; install catch basin protection inserts; adjust <br />as needed during construction. Insure all surface flows are controlled and routed <br />through TESC control. <br />Clear grub and rough grade. <br />Remove all existing structures. <br />Complete site excavation and grading activities in accordance with plans. <br />Install all utilities. <br />Construct site improvements <br />Hydro seed, mulch, and plant landscape. <br />3 <br />
