SECTION 2. DETERMINE APPLICABILITY <br />9% Use the criteria below to determine if this template may be used for your project. <br />Scenarios for when NOT to use this template include: <br />A. If any criteria are marked "False," this template may not be used and a full <br />stormwater site plan report is required and shall be prepared by a professional <br />engineer licensed in the State of Washington. <br />B. If the total lot size/project area is less than 2,000 sf and all criteria are marked <br />"True," this template is not required, nor is a full stormwater site plan required. <br />Only MR #2 is triggered and can be completed by following DCSS Standard Drawing <br />#103. <br />Criteria <br />True <br />False <br />This project will add or replace (in any combination) 2,000 square feet (ftz) but less <br />❑ <br />❑ <br />than 5,000 ftz, of new plus replaced hard surface OR will disturb an area of 7,000 ft2 <br />or greater. See values in items A and C in Section 1 table. <br />❑ <br />❑ <br />This project does not drain to the combined sewer. <br />See "Map Everett": www.everettwa.gov/Map erett <br />❑ <br />❑ <br />This project converts less than 3/4 acre of existing soil cover or vegetation to lawn or <br />landscape areas. Item E in Section 1 table is less than 3/4 acre (or 32,670 ft ). <br />❑ <br />This project converts less than 2.5 acres of native vegetation to pasture. <br />❑ <br />❑ <br />This project will not adversely impact a water of the state. <br />Stormwater runoff after the project is complete will not leave the project site in a <br />❑ <br />different location compared to the location it left (discharged) before the project <br />started. <br />This project will not be constructed within a critical area or a critical area buffer and <br />❑ <br />❑ <br />will not adversely impact a critical area.
