I have also called you and left you a voicemail regarding this comment. The <br />property is existing and (operating) as A.F.H. The upper level, as noted in the plan set, is NOT being used <br />for any A.F.H. purposes; please take a look at sheet A2.2. The upper level is only for the owner's <br />"residence." <br />The lower level and now proposed converted garage is the only area that is being USED for A.F.H <br />purposes. The existing A.F.H. currently operates with only (4) bedrooms, and my client is looking to add <br />(2) more rooms by converting the garage for a total of (6) bedrooms. <br />Hopefully, this will satisfy your concerns; please let me know if you have any further questions. <br />Also, could you let us know if a new set of plans needs to be submitted? <br />Thankyou <br />Ermias Hailu.
