ACTION ITEMS: (7) Authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment B to the Agreement with Snohomish County Department of Emergency Management under the U. S. Department of Homeland Security Grant Program, extending the expiration date to June 30, 2016, at no cost to the City. (8) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Amendment to the Payment Services Agreement with Metavante Corporation. (9) Authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 1 to the contract between the Department of Licensing and the Everett Transportation Benefit District. (10) Award the Bid for the 2016 Overlay Project to Granite Construction Company, in the amount of $1,818,939.50 including Washington State sales tax.
