This year there are also proposed amendments to the 2015 to 2019 Consolidated Plan. The 2016 Action Plan includes the application for 2016 Community Development Block Grant funds. The attached resolution also gives direction related to the implementation of projects from several funding sources. The funding for public services and projects includes the Community Development Block Grant program, HOME, 2060 Housing Trust funds, and program income related to the CHIP housing rehabilitation program. The Citizens Advisory Committee for Housing and Community Development has recommended this funding and policy plan for City Council adoption. The Committee met each week in February and held public hearings on November 19, 2015 and March 2, 2016. RECOMMENDATION: Adopt a Resolution concerning 2016 Community Development Block Grant Annual Action Plan and allocations of CDBG, HOME and 2060 Housing Trust Funds and amendments to the 2015-2019 Consolidated Plan. 1
