April 30, 2025 <br />2 <br /> <br /> <br />ADMINISTRATION UPDATE <br /> <br />Executive Director Lori Cummings reminded the public that there will be an open house for the <br />Comprehensive Plan on Thursday, May 8th at 6:00 p.m., at the Carl Gibson Center. <br /> <br /> <br />CITY ATTORNEY <br /> <br />City Attorney David Hall had no updates. <br /> <br /> <br />CONSENT ITEMS: <br /> <br />Moved by Council Member Tuohy, seconded by Council Member Fosse, to approve the <br />following consent items: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION - CLAIMS <br /> <br />To adopt Resolution No. 8164 authorizing claims against the City of Everett in the amount of <br />$5,694,492.35 for the period ending April 12, 2025 through April 18, 2025. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION – SNOHOMISH COUNTY 911 <br /> <br />To adopt Resolution No. 8165 approving amendments to the Snohomish County 911 Interlocal <br />Agreement. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT – PURCHASE OF PLAYGROUND EQUIPMENT <br /> <br />To authorize the Mayor to sign and award the purchase of playground equipment and <br />installation from Landscape Structures, Inc., using the King County Director’s Association <br />contract #22-315/City of Everett #2022-069 in the amount of $574,960.10, including <br />Washington state sales tax. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT – ON-CALL UTILITY POTHOLING AND UTILITY LOCATING <br /> <br />To authorize the Mayor to sign the Professional Services Agreement (PSA) with Applied <br />Professional Services, Inc., for on-call utility potholing and utility locating. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT – MUKILTEO LANE <br />
