Contracting Agency-assigned number for the project; 11 <br />2. Name of the project; 12 <br />3. The Contracting Agency named as obligee; 13 <br />4. The amount of the bid bond stated either as a dollar figure or as a percentage which 14 <br />represents five percent of the maximum bid amount that could be awarded; 15 <br />5. Signature of the bidder’s officer empowered to sign official statements. The signature 16 <br />of the person authorized to submit the bid should agree with the signature on the 17 <br />bond, and the title of the person must accompany the said signature; 18 <br />6. The signature of the surety’s officer empowered to sign the bond and the power of 19 <br />attorney. 20 <br /> 21 <br />If so stated in the Contract Provisions, bidder must use the bond form included in the 22 <br />Contract Provisions. 23 <br /> 24 <br />If so stated in the Contract Provisions, cash will not be accepted for a bid deposit. 25 <br /> 26 <br />1-02.10.RTF 27 <br />1-02.10 Withdrawing, Revising, or Supplementing Proposal 28 <br />(July 23, 2015 APWA GSP) 29 <br /> 30 <br />Delete this section, and replace it with the following: 31 <br /> 32 <br />After submitting a physical Bid Proposal to the Contracting Agency, the Bidder may 33 <br />withdraw, revise, or supplement it if: 34 <br /> 35 <br />1. The Bidder submits a written request signed by an authorized person and 36 <br />physically delivers it to the place designated for receipt of Bid Proposals, and 37 <br />2. The Contracting Agency receives the request before the time set for receipt of 38 <br />Bid Proposals, and 39 <br />3. The revised or supplemented Bid Proposal (if any) is received by the Contracting 40 <br />Agency before the time set for receipt of Bid Proposals. 41 <br /> 42 <br />If the Bidder’s request to withdraw, revise, or supplement its Bid Proposal is received 43 <br />before the time set for receipt of Bid Proposals, the Contracting Agency will return the 44 <br />unopened Proposal package to the Bidder. The Bidder must then submit the revised or 45 <br />supplemented package in its entirety. If the Bidder does not submit a revised or 46 <br />supplemented package, then its bid shall be considered withdrawn. 47 <br /> 48
